This usually happens if you haven't granted Chrome permission to capture tab audio, or if you clicked away from the meeting tab immediately after hitting record. Make sure you initiate the recording while directly on the meeting tab. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page and clicking record again.

The Free Tier gives you a cumulative total of 60 minutes of recording time to test the software. This is not a monthly reset; it is a one-time pool. Once you hit the 60-minute mark, you will need to upgrade to Pro Scribe for unlimited meeting recordings.
